You pay zippo, zero, nada, for an office visit for cleaning, xray, or other preventive service only.

You pay the first $25 for repair of cavities, then Tonik covers 80% for the rest of the year, or until Tonik has paid $500 on your dental services. If the bill were $100 you'd pay $20, Tonik would pay $80, after you meet your annual $25 deductible.

Vision

Tonik will re-pay you for getting an eye exam, or buying new prescription contact lenses or glasses, up to $50 per year. You send them a copy of your bill and Tonik sends the $50 to you.

Dental

You'll pay $0 for cleanings, exams and X-rays. After you pay your $25 deductible, you'll pay 20% for minor restorative procedures like fillings. Tonik will pay up to $500/year for your dental benefits.

You will choose one of the three options for Tonik, basically the $5000, $3000, or $1500. Most people choose the $1500 (at InsuranceCowboy anyway) because it's only a little more money.

Tonik Covers your "A to Z" is the catch phrase on the Blue Cross of California flyers. They mean three parts; Medical Dental and Vision. You simply choose which deductible is right for you.

We don't know if the simplicity, the low price, or the great coverage makes this plan so attractive, maybe it's a combination of all three. When you go to the detail page click on "Compare Plans" for a great overview.

Tonik "Thrill-Seeker" Here you are choosing a $5000 deductible, and a much lower rate. You get 4 Dr. visits a year for $40 each without paying the deductible. Visits after that are slightly higher. While reviewing the plan, call us for assistance, we can help.

Tonik "Part-Time Daredevil" This is a $3000 deductible version of Tonik, still get the 4 office visits, but they cost $30. Visits after that are slightly higher. Our agents are available to answer your questions while you review rates, or apply.

Tonik "Calculated Risk-Taker This is the lowest of the three deductibles at $1500. See the Doctor all you want for $40 per visit. You'll find our staff very helpful if you are considering one of the new Tonik plans.
